EB-5 Visas More Attractive to Foreign Investors in Recession

Though the distribution of green cards in exchange for investment in American business has been an obscure program to most immigrating foreign nationals called the EB-5 Investor Visas. The current economic downturn has created conditions that has spurred the number of EB-5 visas issued by the USCIS (United States Customs & Service) to triple in the past year.
